Sushi Yoshinaga is a small, minimalist sushi counter on Rue du 4-Septembre, near the Bourse in the 2nd arrondissement. Only a few guests sit in front of the chef, who prepares each piece and serves it at once.
The omakase menu follows the Edomae tradition of Tokyo, with carefully aged fish, seasoned rice and perfect timing. It is one of the most rigorous Japanese tables in Paris, and seats are rare: book early.
