Frenchie is the restaurant of chef Grégory Marchand, on Rue du Nil, a small street near Rue Montorgueil in the 2nd arrondissement. It helped launch the neo-bistro movement in Paris and has become one of its best-known addresses.
The cooking is modern and inventive, mixing French technique with influences from the chef's years abroad. The dining room is small, with stone walls and a lively atmosphere: book well ahead.
