Hakuba

Hakuba is the Japanese restaurant of Cheval Blanc Paris, the luxury hotel in the former Samaritaine department store. It received its second MICHELIN Star in the 2026 edition.

Guests sit at a wooden counter facing the chefs, who serve an omakase menu of sushi and Japanese dishes, with occasional French touches. The intimate setting, the quality of the fish and the precision of the gestures make it one of the most exclusive tables in Paris.
