Alan Geaam, born in Liberia and raised in Lebanon, came to Paris as a young man and taught himself to cook. His restaurant on Rue Lauriston, near the Arc de Triomphe, tells that story on the plate.
The base is French technique, enriched with spices, herbs and flavours from Lebanon and the wider Middle East. The result is warm, generous and personal cooking, served in a refined but relaxed setting.
