Table - Bruno Verjus

Table is the restaurant of Bruno Verjus, a self-taught chef and former food writer, on Rue de Prague near the Gare de Lyon and the Marché d'Aligre. Guests sit around a long counter facing the open kitchen.

The philosophy is simple: find the very best produce, often from small farmers and fishermen, and cook it with just what it needs. The result is bright, vivid cooking that reached two MICHELIN Stars without any of the usual formality.
