Chef David Toutain opened his restaurant on Rue Surcouf, in the 7th arrondissement close to Les Invalides. His cooking is creative and closely linked to nature: roots, herbs, smoke, seeds and unexpected combinations that often surprise on first taste.
The menus are served as a sequence of small, precise dishes in a bright, Scandinavian-inspired dining room of wood and stone. A table for curious diners who like to be taken somewhere new.
