Aida

Aida is a small Japanese restaurant hidden on Rue Pierre-Leroux, between Sèvres-Babylone and Duroc. Most guests sit at the counter facing the teppanyaki plate, where the chef cooks fish, shellfish and meat with great precision.

The menu combines Japanese technique with French produce, in a sober, peaceful setting. The wine list, with a good choice of Burgundy, is a pleasant surprise. Seats are few, so book ahead.
