Le Faham

Le Faham is on Rue Cardinet, in the 17th arrondissement. The name comes from a rare orchid of the Indian Ocean, and the cooking is inspired by the chef's roots in Réunion island.
The menus combine French technique with spices, vanilla, tropical fruit and the flavours of the islands, in an elegant, refined style. A singular, sunny table, at prices that are reasonable for a starred restaurant.
