Cabane

Cabane opened in 2023 on Rue du Docteur-Foucault, in the centre of Nanterre, and looks more like a country inn than a suburban restaurant. Flowers spill across the ceiling, the tables and chairs are old wood, and a terrace extends the room in summer.

The cooking is precise and full of flavour. Dishes that have made the restaurant's name include eggs en meurette made with organic eggs, and a confit pork belly glazed in the style of a satay, served with buckwheat spätzle. It is a good stop before or after a show at the Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers or a match at the Paris La Défense Arena.
